Refund & Return Policy

No Refunds or Returns:
We do not accept refunds or returns on any of our products. All sales are final.

 

Unsatisfactory Prints:
If you receive a print that does not meet your expectations in terms of quality, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After a thorough analysis of your concern, if we determine that the print is indeed unsatisfactory, we will either order a reprint or reimburse you with a gift card of equivalent or greater value for use on our website.

 

Delayed Deliveries:
If you do not receive your print within 30 days of placing your order, please contact us immediately. After a detailed analysis of the situation, if we confirm that the print has not been delivered, we will either order a reprint or reimburse you with a gift card of equivalent or greater value for use on our website.

Print Production Time:

  • All prints are made to order to ensure the highest quality.
  • Production can take up to 3 business days before your order is shipped.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

We ship all orders using Australia Post, offering two shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipping:

    • Cost: FREE
    • Delivery Time: 2-8 business days
  1. Express Shipping:

    • Cost: $15
    • Delivery Time: 1-4 business days

Shipping Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and can vary based on location and external factors.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
